Vintage Italian confit pot

A beautiful vintage Italian earthenware handled jar with a creamy pink glaze. These jars were used in Southern Italy to store vegetables or meats and fish preserved in olive oil.  This is a lovely piece dating from the late 20th century.  A stunning decorative addition to your home displayed alone, with plants, indoors or out, or particularly effective with others similar.
